So our first question is how market market moved so far from pandemic period last year ?

Market slipped at starting two months (feb and march)2020 after that two months even pandemic incresed so market has to be declined but market increased exponentially. Even after lockdown in India market was started to rising, this is because market is much much smarter than us, the things we realize today and become serious for that market realize for 3 to 4 months before than us.

There are lakhs of intelligent investors who are experts in many industries, when they take decisions together most of the time they are right from us.

Remember, in February we didn't had any idea that lockdown will happen still market dropped from 41k to 27k this happened because experts know that covid cases will increase and lockdown will be of long period is going to be done, so they start selling their holdings that's why market declined, but in march april we seen that lockdown is going to be happen but market was falling at that time and at down market retail investors start selling so market is very smart as compared to us.

Even in march April period when market realize that scientists are working on covid vaccine experts realize that all will be good after some time, so experts start buying shares at that we were selling due to lockdown …as experts were buying in good amount so market start rising …

Also Foriegn Investor start investing more in India

That's why market start rising and crossed 50k level ..

So market is always future oriented.

All company's valuations depends on its future.

One more reason why market rises so much is that

We have alternate options to invest like

FD here interest rate is very very low and declining year by year so people don't prefer this

Gold one of the good investment

Real estate: don't give much interst in last 5 years

So people start investing in stocks as most of people were trying to find out income source but during that pandemic people become unemployed so they came in market with a hope that they will earn here to manage their expenses.

During pandemic as we have seen Dmat accounts were opened with a highest rate than ever.

This is also a genuine reason why market rises so much.

Now coming to most important question

Should you invest in stocks now ?

It has not a fixed answer. It's a simple dependent answer which depends on you.

If you are young like you are student or you just started to earn means you will have regular cash filw of income in future then you can start investing at any level with fundamentally strong stocks(which I will discuss in some days) just like if market came down then you can average it.

All levels are good for you .

One more thing that if you have not patience and you cant see your portfolio in loss then wait for correction.

If you are 40+ or 50+ are you are not going to earn money in future, you have saved amount from your initial time and you have much amount then wait for correction in market.

If you are going to earn more in future then you can invest at any time (if you have patience)

As I'm saying that wait for correction that doesn't mean in 3 to 6 months correction will there . Its probability is high because market is overvalued at this time.

No one can time the market.

If you have regular income source you can invest at any level with patience.
